Yes, you will receive the exact bag displayed on the product page.

🌍 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, I ship my bags worldwide, including the United States and Europe.

✈️ How long does shipping take?

Europe: 3–7 business days

United States & international: 5–12 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

💰 Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

Depending on your country, customs fees or import taxes may apply

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

For USA, taxes are included in shipping prices. 

🔄 Can I return my order?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in their original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

🎁 Is the bag suitable for everyday use?

Absolutely.

My bags are designed to be both artistic and practical — perfect for daily use, shopping, or the beach.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

I accept secure payments by credit card and PayPal.

🧼 How do I take care of my bag?

I recommend gentle surface cleaning only, as jute should not be soaked.

The paint used is highly durable and designed to last over time.
